it's not so much that it's used, but that it's used over other terms nowadays from what i've seen.

They don't use voluptous, large and in charge, or subscribe to inner beauty anymore.

Are you actually judging people on a measure of it being detrimental to their health, or simply some arbitrary measure or standard in your head as to what you personally find attractive.
Sure there is an upper limit as to how much excess weight I can find attractive, as well as how thin but I can't simply say that someone shouldn't be attractive to someone else because they don't meet the requirements of what I personally like.
