[Holy] Help with usage of Sacred Shield!

Hey Guys!

Never used the Sacred Shield spec and im trying it out! Now i need some help!
We got this 3 charges on the shield. Recharge every 10 sec, right?
How shall i use it? Spam and wait for recharges? Keep only 3 up and renew?

Waiting on help and brief explanation from people that undestand this talent!

Keep 2 of them on the tanks at all times and use the third one on anybody that needs the shield at that specific time.
If one of your tanks shield's is about to fall off, recast.
Basically throw it on your tanks and keep it up 100% and then throw out the third if none of your tank shield's are about to fall off.

Easy way to figure it out: Who is going to take the most damage? Toss it on those people. Which boils down to the tanks and then whatever third person might get it.

SS having three targets is pretty nice for three tanking Mar'gok, if three tanks are needed.

A nice way to go into a "rotation" of using it is pop 2 charges on the tanks at the start, hold the 3rd until you get 1 recharged. At this point you have 2 charges that you can put on 2 non tank raid members that you think will be taking damage and then when you have 2 more charges, put them back on the tanks.

2 on tanks, wait for 2, 2 on raid, wait for 2, repeat.
