Yes, and this only started happening within the last hour or so. Even with Subterfuge talented stealth would break immediately on Cheap Shot.

It is still working with Vanish, just not on the opener for some reason.

subterfuge is still working as intended, the problem is that when you use your opener, your action bar switches back to the un-stealth one instead of staying on the stealth action bar for 3 seconds.

Its been fixed. Earlier today subterfuge was definitely not working as intended. No idea what caused this but its been hotfixed already.

I wonder if it was a result of them trying to nerf the Glyph of Vanish / Subterfuge interaction.

The odd thing was that that still worked just fine. It was only on the opener that Subterfuge wasn't working.
