Games / Settings Desired: World of warcraft, the best settings i can get for my money

Do you need an OS? yes
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? no

This is probably the best under 15k nok, comes at 14641nok.
Can you make it cheaper? Sure:
- You can get an i5 4690k cpu
- A coolmaster 212 hyper evo cpu cooler
- Get a cheaper Z97 mobo
- A cheaper non modular psu
- And obviously cheaper case.
But you got the budget to fit nice quality parts with "extra" features, so i figured why not.
