Teamspeak sound issue

google could not help me with this so you are my last hope.
my voice in teamspeak3 is absolutely fine but after a while or whenever im running multiple programs/games at the same time my voice sounds robotic/ "like im drowning" i cant find a solution for this. its fixing itself after some time but its really annoying because other people absolutely cant understand me if im running wow and diablo or game+youtube/twitch together for example.
im using a sound blaster Z and 8GB ram(if that does matter in any way).
the drivers are up to date.

That sounds like your problem might be internet connection lagging than ts itself. Did you try having ts only nothing else on? In that case do you still get that issue ?

it just happens when multiple programs / tabs are open, so my first thought was maybe some memory problems. i have a 50mbit connection but i tried the teamspeak mic test and hear myself the same robocop way. checked for packet loss and ping in teamspeak too so the problem should not lie in the connection
