[Horde-US] - <Sisu> Altar of Storms - (3/7 HM Mythic Raid Lead) 2 Nights a Week Guild
Sisu is a newly formed guild on the Altar of Storms merged realm group. Sisu is looking for experienced raiders who can't normally commit to a heavy raiding schedule, but still wish to see the best end game content the game has to offer.
About Sisu
The guild is currently recruiting more members to fill out its mythic roster. We are looking specifically for Warlock, Monk, DK, and Enhancement Shaman DPS. We raid two nights a week with an optional Monday raid.
Expectations of Prospective Members
We're looking for reliable and skilled raiders who can commit to two solid nights of raiding a week and listen to and perform specific instructions. Given the tight schedule, everything will be pre-planned and discussed ahead of raid time. Players must be on-time to raid, ready to pull trash right at the planned starting raid time. The guild has no time for drama, just raiding. Sisu will not tolerate any forms of racism, sexism, or other cyber bullying. We log on to slay internet dragons, not troll people. The raid roster will consist of 24 select individuals, capable of switching between their main and off spec, to handle all fight and strategy needs. All 24 individuals will be rotated on a per boss basis, to ensure no one is sitting the bench all night.
Raid Times
Raids are Wednesday/Thursday 7-11pm EST with an optional Monday raid at the same time.
Loot
Loot is handled through a modified Suicide Kings loot list that is separated into three lists: one for weapon/trinkets/tier pieces, a second list for armor pieces, and a third for jewelry and capes. An 80%+ raid attendance list is necessary for receiving loot.
