[Resto] Need help with trinket choice

I'm a resto shaman with these two trinkets atm:

• Mark of Rapid Replication (Normal) - http://www.wowhead.com/item=113854/m...cation&bonus=0

So I did my mythic mission and recived the Quiescent Runestone (Mythic) - http://www.wowhead.com/item=113859/q...tone&bonus=567

The question:
Which of the trinkets should I use? I know the stats on the mythic trinket is great, but losing 301 spirit just sounds so much to me.
Adivse on what you would choose would be great !

Definitely switch one trinket with the Mythic Quiescent Runestone. The 300 intellect by itself would have been worth it even without the extra haste and multistrike.
For the 2nd trinket, I'd use the heroic emblem of caustic healing, but this is more personal preference as to whether you prefer to have an on-use trinket or not.

Definitely use the runestone. No argument there. It's pretty much best in slot.

For the second, the emblem will grant more stats over time even if you can't use it every two minutes. Even if used only every three minutes, it still grants more haste on average than the mark does. You also get more spirit at the cost of the versatility, which is our weakest stat, but still far from useless. Considering how well haste works with both Healing Tide Totem and Ascendance, I'd definitely go with the emblem. My advice is to macro it to both of those abilities in order to get the most out of it, then just think of it as a passive trinket.

If you're lazy, this macro tries to activate both trinket slots then pops Ascendance:
