Yeah shield charge seems screwy in a lot of the old raids. In both ICC and DS I get a 20-30 seconds lockup the 1st time I use it in numerous locations. It's so glitchy it also locks up for everyone else in the instance with me.
I posted a thread a bit back, if you do it on ultraxion with the fire trail glyph it lags people out.
