Searching for new computer

Hello all,

I am going to buy a new computer. I have pretty much had multimedia computers. But lately been getting into more online gaming high end fps window base games and games such as wow, and titanfall and such. I know that is a big stretch of gaming. But I will have this computer for a while. I want the best for the money. So can any of you help me out here? I figured who better to ask than gammers.

Resolution
Games / Settings Desired
Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc)
Country
Parts that can be reused
Do you need an OS?
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)?

Ideally include a list of parts, we see the same request almost every day. There are other topics that have parts lists that you can copy and modify.
