    It's happened again... (baby shooting parents)

    3 year old grabs a gun from his mother's bag and shoots BOTH parents... honestly this is starting to get old. At least they're both alive this time though.

    Do you think they should face negligence charges? Should people have to take gun safety/responsibility courses before being allowed to own a gun?

    They need to add some special safety to guns in homes that includes children really. I'm not into guns so I don't know, do all guns have a safety hatch or whatever?
