Mage leveling!

Hey all, I was wondering if I could get some input on leveling a mage. I'm currently level 30. But what's the fastest/most efficient way way to level? Pvp, dungeons, questing? Also , what specs are best for leveling? And why? Any tips on talents/glyphs would be great! Thanks all, enjoy Sunday and go Seahawks!

Go questing for maximum xp-efficiency. Choose frost. The additional control you get out of it is really useful if you plan on pulling multiple mobs at the same time on a daily basis. The damage is alright, too. Better than fire and with less ramp-up time than arcane (most mobs die very quickly anyway). You'll have to get used to your companion but it is not as bad as some might say. With the right handling (i.e. macros) it'll turn into an obedient puppy.
Go nuts with the talents! Everything is allowed while leveling. Try stuff out and choose the stuff you like the best.
