    Seriously, all the people railing against "Bullying" in other threads, and yet everyone takes the alleged bully's side on this one? 9 year olds do not have a firm grasp on what is possible yet, magical threats can be scary. Even adults can be terrified by magical threats... but we aren't allowed to talk about religion here.

    more context is needed though he could of been joking with a buddy about it teacher could of overheard it ect ect one article I have read said it was his friends one doesn't mention so it's hard to even know

    Actually, I think a few schools more or less have, like not allowing kids to pretend they're soldiers, cops, ninjas, or anything else that could even be remotely considered "violent" during recess. Outrageous articles like this pop up way, way too often for my liking.

    Zero tolerance is zero sense.

    I remember the early 90s, like 91 or 92, and buying a GI Joe tank at school from another kid for a quarter; if that happened today, both kids would probably be thrown into a federal prison for weapons trafficking and terrorism.
