Looking for help with new PC build

Currently working on my tax return PC like everyone else. Working with a 800-900 dollar budget; I've decided to go for the i5 4690k and a GTX 970 combo.

I am however having second thoughts on whether to run this setup, or to ditch the 970 and go for a 960 and an SSD instead. Currently I do not have enough in my budget to include both. What do you guys think would benefit me more for streaming raid content?

Depends on what games you play. Personally i'd get the 970, you can save say 100bucks later on in a few months to buy the ssd.
Something similar to the below will be fine.
