Let's create the ultimate run-on story!

Basically someone types something and then another person types something, basically a story created by multiple people added on. Does that make sense? Someone type a paragraph, then another person type of paragraph and add on to the story, it can be something slightly different, but it has to fit within the universe that we are creating together. You're a loud to create any characters, civilizations or environments and other people are free to expand upon it. You can discuss things, but all parts of the story should be in quotations. I'll start:

"The sun peered up from the grassland, the grass a dull grayish-green. A small herd of red deer marched across the plains as they prepared for winter, however these deer were not alone in this grassland. With the sudden crash of the wind and the thunderous clash of hooves, three riders rode in on horses. The riders dressed in cloth with thick cold-weather hats and their horses a bright golden brown. Two of the main riders carried large wooden bows, but the third rider carried a long pole with a end. The riders corned a mature male red deer and with the release of two arrows into the animal's ribcage and neck the deer fell to the green permafrost. The beast was still moving, but stopped when one of the riders dismounted and trusted his polearm into the red deer's neck as it let out one final scream of agony."

"Flockoff Featherface looked at his prey with disdain, licking at his beak with a triple-forked tongue. As a prince of the Aquilavian race, hunting deer is beneath him. However, after the Disruption, the ungulate is the only mammal in the Royal Askgard forests that is not endangered, and even they are close to extinction. The only good result from this global event is the large amount of vacant buildings from the other dominant species on Evaluan. Scientists still don't understand how this once great race could have disappeared in such a fashion."
