The BiS list you've made and the one Monkioh wrote up are identical, I don't think there's anything necessary to discuss. Except maybe trinkets.

The likelihood of your raid allowing you to roll on the "DPS" trinket makes trinket discussion a good one to have though!

Two spirit trinkets to buff mana tea?? I worry about losing that much int - my group makes us put together a BiS list for loot rolls and luckily they are cool with the unsure state of trinkets so I am kinda off the hook - but just curious what people think about what to sub the Blackiron Micro Crucible for?

I think ideally you would want the Shielding Talisman and the Microcrucible for trinkets, but good luck getting the latter over dps. That assumes you are able to manage your mana properly though.

Remember that the spirit proc on Ironspike Chew Toy doesn't count for mana tea in 6.1. However that doesn't take away the regen from the proc. More mana = the opportunity for more RJW. Probably the best bet for those who will be overlooked for the trinket on Blackhand would be save a seal and pray to the RNG gods.
