EPGP Rescaling for Blackrock Foundry

Our guild has been using EPGP since Highmaul started and I don't 100% understand whether to rescale GP for Blackrock Foundry. Also what are other guilds with EPGP doing for the new raid

Well, BRF is technically the second half of the same tier as HM, so you are not going into new content. That suggests that you "shouldn't" reset / rescale EPGP for the change.

That said, the real question is: what is the effect of rescaling EPGP points in your guild? I know the generic version, but if you do MS vs OS costs, or tanks-before-dps, or whatever other house rules you added, it might differ.

Anyway, the general effect is to smooth out the EPGP pool and reduce the effect of more dedicated players having a huge pool of points earned and not spent in the previous tier, so that they don't dominate bidding / loot assignment in the new content, and lock out any players who have been around less long.

Is that desirable to you? Will it upset your raiders to have that happen to them? Weigh that, and decide what to do.
