Your offpiece is incorrect whether you are going single target oriented or multi target. I have already put a BiS list up in the Enhancement guide here a few days ago & simmed it fairly heavily, if you're interested.

I will probably try to go for the Iron Maidens fist weapon seeing as the tier has some hefty cleave/aoe.
