Who are we?
Special Needs Program is a semi-hardcore guild. The guild is made up of a lot of old time friends, who have played together for a long time, in different guilds and manners. We expect to raid at a competitive mindset on our raiding schedule.
We are now looking for dedicated and committed players, who would fit in our raiding community, for this tier’s current progress and all future content!

The guild is very diverse group of people, that all enjoys playing the game together. We stray after having a good raiding atmosphere, while having a continuous progression. Most if not all of our players, have a long history of heroic cleared content.
All our players try to strife for the best within the team and their current class. Always looking for ways to improve their knowledge of class, specs & playstyle.
Invites start 5 minutes before the raid start. We have a 10 minute break, during our raid.
What we expect of you:
- We expect you to know your class, be able to play both your main-spec and off-spec at the same level and at a high competitive level.
- A near-perfect attendance, if you cannot make it to a raid, a thread must be made on the forum, as soon as you know you can’t attend.
- Coming prepared to a raid: maxed out stat-food, potions, flask & updated on tactic for current week’s encounters.
- TeamSpeak 3 and working microphone.
- Be able to communicate, give constructive criticism & improve your level of playstyle even further.
- Be able to work as a team to overcome difficult encounters.
- Fully optimized about rotations, gemming, priorities of your class’ stats.

Other information:
- Raid signups are done in the ingame calendar. You are expected to either accept or decline, upon decline you must also provide an explanation for the absence on the forums.
- We use a loot council system for distributing loot. Each raider/trial is required the EPGP Lootmaster addon.
