Whats the state of that system though? Are there a lot of adoptions? Will Homosexual couples be allowed to adopt to help with that issue? Foster care always seems to have a lot of issues and I know they are not the same, but they have a similar concept.

The child that can come from it could be beautiful, true. However, I doubt the mother would want such a lasting reminder of the horrifying event that transpired. And having to go through all that physical, mental and emotional stress of an unwanted pregnancy for 9 months can be catastrophic.
