90-94 missions

Quick question, does activating a follower in the 90-94 bracket decrease the frequency of treasure or garrison missions that spawn in the higher level brackets? Not sure if it's been tested or not but figured I should ask anyway since I'm preparing for Treasure Hunter and the GR dumps in 6.1. The Inn might have some sort of limit on the number of treasure missions per day, but it could just be X available in that bracket and if you don't have the follower you just don't see it. Or maybe it works differently and no 90-94 force spawns missions in the higher bracket instead. Thanks.
