ElvUI out of range indicator question

So, on my hunter, it seems like my friendly out of range indicator is set to ~20-30 yards instead of 40. The enemy range indicator works perfectly at 40 yards, but for friendly targets, it's much shorter. Is there any way to change this?


edit: oh one more thing i forgot to ask. Is there a way to show all friendly players with class colors health bars, but make all enemies' health bars just 1 color of my choosing?
