The way it works in CT is that in an establishment that serves alcohol you can only be topless, but can be fully nude in a club that does not serve alcohol.

Example: The Gold Club in Hartford is topless only. You can, however, put your drink down, walk through a door and be in the Gold Club Connection which is full nude and no drinks served. So pretty much just put your drink down for the naughtiest bits.
