ASRock Fatality Killer Z97X bios settings for power management

    So I have an ASRock Fatality Killer Z97X motherboard ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813157505 )

and I have an issue. My PC turns on with with mouse movement or keystroke, and I cannot find in the BIOS how to change this setting. Anyone familiar with this mobo, can you please walk me through how to change this to boot up ONLY when I press the power button on my PC? Google to no avail.

Wait a sec, you have shut down your pc properly and then powers on from just touch the mouse? That only happens (normal) when its on hybernation.

I go to windows>shut down, and then I can even unplug the PC from the wall for 1 hour, plug it back in, move my mouse a millimeter, and it boots up.
