In the second picture the circled icons show me Divine Crusader Procs, Final Verdict Procs, and Glyph of Double Jeopardy Buff. Basically, when I get a proc or a buff from one of the three, the icon will appear flashing making it very easy to track them. With T17 set bonus making Divine Purpose and Final Verdict our best talents these are extremely helpful and easy to use. I hope I helped, if you have any questions ask away.
