I just made that in weak auras 2.
Import that string to WA2 and it will have a giant icon of the spell he should use.
He needs to be Survival and >>THIS SPEC<< for it to be useful in any way. He will not be able to click the giant icon but it will very clearly tell him if Explosive Shot/Black Arrow/Arcane Shot/Focusing Shot should be used. It accounts for both TotH and BA procs. It takes into account if Serpent Sting needs to be applied to your current target. Instead of Crows the spec I posted takes Blink Strike because realistically there is no reason at this point to give him an extra button to press. It WILL NOT account for AoE so if he wants to AoE he needs to figure out when to use Multishot and Barrage on his own. It WILL NOT be useful as Lonewolf spec. It WILL NOT account for focus pooling for when BA/ES are about to come off CD (but that is very minor).
If he specs focusing shot and keybinds BA/ES/Focusing Shot/Arcane shot and simply does what the WA tells him to do, his single target dps will be just fine. With 3+ Targets if he uses Multishot when it tells him to Arcane Shot and uses Barrage when he can, his AoE dps will be just fine.
There are no addons or WA's that will allow him to just click one button on the screen. Even if he's young I would suggest trying to teach him some very basic keybinds and use them in tandem with my WA. If he absolutely can not grasp the concept of using 4 keybinds, you can always use bartender to set up big clickable buttons under the WA and he can basically just click the one that matches the WA icon.
TLDR: I made it sound more complicated than it actually is. Just spec him SV TotH/Blinkstrikes/Focusing Shot and tell him to do what the WA tells him to do and he'll be competitive in single target.

What about something like this? I haven't used it personally, but it looks like something that your son could work with.

Good luck! Don't let the jerks on here get you down. Go have fun with your kid.
Don't use one button macros. He is 7 and leveled his toon just fine. Teach him how to play the game. He is perfectly capable of pressing few buttons in a sequence. Probably, more so then you are Suggest 5 comfy keybinds to him, and let him practice, and he'll be just fine in no time.
My son was 8 when he got my main toon his first set of gladiator gear. Kids absorb stuff extremely easily given enough motivation. He needed guidance while playing to tell what things he needs to watch out for, how to react to them and with what abilities. In less then a month he was wizzing about in Arena. I sometimes wondered how most players would feel knowing they've been pawned by an 8 year old.
As long as it remains fun, enjoy. If he struggles or gets frustrated, take him out and play ball, but for god's sake, don't teach him the easy non efficient way out of the bat. Instead show him how fun it is to try, put effort in, learn and then achieve.

This forums ignorance astounds me. Such things DO exist and currently are not breaking any Blizzard ToS. While it's probably bait I'm gonna be a human being and answer his question earnestly...
Two options...
GnomeSequencer
http://www.wowinterface.com/download...Sequencer.html
or
SimpleRotation
http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/simple-rotation
The LUA strings for Gnome Sequencer can be found at http://wowlazymacros.com/forums/forum/classes/hunters/
They are sub-optimal but probably above the average LFR-tard. If the goal is truly to let a 7 year old play easier then those are your surefire options.
