Trinket decisions

I need some advice on trinkets, currently running arcane main spec fire offspec.

I have Goren Soul Repository, Copeland's Clarity and 3/3 Sandman's Pouch. Currently using SR and SP but I feel that the constant int from SP outweighs the on use spellpower from CC. Seeing I'm no simcraft buff can anyone confirm/deny the theory?
