I own a Logitech MX518, has to be about very old, never led me down.
Can't backtrack it, too long ago. I don't remember to ever have used another mouse on my own computer though.

I am sure it's way older than 10 years.

Edit: Google says it can at max be 10 years old <.<

My Logitech mice have historically gone about 8 years of heavy use before they had any button issues.
My Steelseries WoW MMO-gaming mouse held up for 4+ years of heavy use (8-16 hours a day) and still worked. It's now 6 years old, and has been demoted to laptop mouse, so only gets ~4 hours of use every day for 2 years. Still works fine. It looks a little rough around the edges, but eh, still works.

OT: my current mouse is only about 1 year old but it works completely fine. Had a faulty one that only lasted a year inbetween this and my Steelseries one.

Same. Razer Naga Molten. It has its issues, but still working.

Are there still COM-ports on modern computers?

    Less than 2 years.

Have the last razer 2014. Switched from the first model because of the mechanical keys on the side.

Same thing I have. About 2 years ago I bought another just in case this one died and it is still sitting in its box. I got this right before Wrath ended, it is going to be rough if I ever had to switch to some other key set up.

Logitech M325 - I really like this style of mouse, they are very small and compact and fit nicely in my hand and now all other mice feel huge...but I have small hands guess that is why I enjoy the one I have, but they seem to not last a very long time, this one so far has gone 2 year, the model before only about a year. I think they improve them as time goes on. My husband can't stand how small my mouse is lol. He had a mouse with a thumb roll ball and I could not stand that style of mouse but he enjoyed the movement of the roller ball, but after so long that one went out and he is just using a cheap corded mouse for now and that one is quickly taking a dump.

Had a Razer Deathadder for about a year and it broke. Then I bought a Steel Series Sensei raw and I've had that for almost 2 years and its been acting up recently.

I have really bad luck with mice.

3-5 years of owernship; Logitech Performance Mouse MX

Best Mouse I've ever owned. Very happy with it, even though it's a 2006 mouse.

I've been using a MX518 since 2006. Great mouse and other than logitech icon on the top has been rubbed off you'd never know it was that old.

I have a Razer DeathAdder...and I never use the side buttons. It remains an upgrade over my generic Microsoft mouse I had before.

Naga EPIC edition wireless. I mostly use it wired mainly just cause I've had the battery die or drop connection at the worst times (mid raid) but it works fine otherwise. If anyone knows how to properly and safely clean the rubberized part let me know. I'm not nasty but the years of oils on that rubber surface add up and it feels kinda sticky on warm days or after long gaming sessions.

If they ever stop making Nagas I don't know what I'll do. I utilize it for mmos and other games as well. The numpad is just too convenient for PC gaming. Also for what it's worth I have 2 Logitech 5 button mice from 07' (g500?) that are still kicking. One of them also has the 'sticky' rubber issue from massive hours of use.

Edit: another thing if anyone could help. I also have a Vespula mat bought at the same time as the Naga. the surfaces are starting to peel up from the plastic base. If anyone knows how to reaffix that without creating bubbles or bumps please let me know.

I've been using a Logitech G500 for a year or two now, but alas, the left mouse button is starting to fail so I'll have to replace it soon.

Bought it in July 2008. Best mouse I've ever owned. I'll probably pick up a G500 if this one ever dies, but I'll keep using it until then.

Right now I'm using a Logitech G700s. It replaced a Performance MX...but I basically only got the G700s for the additional buttons and additional gaming features. The Performance MX still works perfectly fine and it's in my laptop bag for use with my laptop (the G700s stays at home with my desktop). That Performance MX replaced another Performance MX that was broken when my cat knocked it off my desk onto a hard floor and broke the side buttons. That made it useless for its primary purpose (gaming), but other than that the mouse still works fine, so I took it to work and use it on my work computer. THAT Performance MX replaced an MX Revolution that I had for 7 years, that eventually had a button stop working properly (or rather, sending multiple click events if you touch the button). It had been knocked off the table several times by cats too.

So that's the mice I've had for the past 10 years.

MX Revolution: One button stopped working properly after 7+ years of clicking, and power switch doesn't always work after being knocked off the table many times by cats onto hard floor. As long as you keep the power on, the mouse itself still works except for that main button. I never throw anything away, it's in my closet somewhere.

Performance MX #1: Side buttons broken when cat knocked it off the table onto hard floor (hit hard in a bad position). After this, I made sure there were no hard surfaces for things to fall off my table onto. Mouse otherwise still works perfectly and is being used on my work PC (don't need the extra buttons there).

Performance MX #2: Still works perfectly. Only replaced due to getting a new job and having a lot more disposable income, replaced with G700s due to more buttons and more gaming features. Mouse used for laptop.

G700s: A year and a half old, still works fine.

Been using a Razer Lachesis for 8 years now, still never had a problem with it.
