Restoration/Boomkin 2h vs 1h/Oh?

Currently our Best in Slot for both specs is Inferno-Flame Staff which drops from Gruuls, so ideally you'll want a 2-H. This being said if you have 1-H / OH combo going to DE and your staff hasn't dropped yet it's not a total loss to take it.

In general if you could get the exact same stats off both MH/OH and the 2-H, generally one is a couple int higher or secondary stats and the other is a couple stam higher. It's not any massive difference. Just for right now though you'll definitely want to snag Inferno-Flame Staff.

For absolute BiS WF wep with socket + wf offhand with socket.
the stats are important too though.
other than this the 2h has the slight benefit of more cat form dps, but thats the only thing there is, and our cat form will be even more useless now with the pvp nerf for the talent. This is obviously a non factor for boomie, but for resto its basically a non factor.
