need some common medical advice

So I've had high fever for 3 days I've been dealing with painkillers which dropped it for several hours till it goes up again.
During the last day I started sneezing and drop fluids from nose. (dont know the english word for it)

The question is should I go to a doctor or will it go away just fine with painkillers?
As a side question do you advice anti-virus pills?
