Hi,
So for a bit of fun I have been thinking about the best way to organise a mini-tournament and this post is made to discuss the ideas (or shoot them down in flames) and possibly gauge interest in anyone wanting to participate. I'm on EU.
Idea 1
Have a pool of 9-15 listed pets that each player has to make teams from, although the breeds used and team ordering are chosen by the player. Depending on pool size either first to 2 or 3 wins.
Idea 2
Players register 5 teams of 3 pets each, all pets allowed but only 1 of each pet through all teams (so 15 unique pets needed). Each player submits a veto list of 2 pets they do not want to face. After each player is matched with an opponent the teams containing the opponents veto pets are unusable and the player chooses 3 'legal' teams. The winner is the first to 2 wins.
Idea 3
1 team each with no repeated pets (looking at you triple weebomination), everyone plays each other. 3 points for a win, 1 for a draw. After everyone has played the points could remain and each player brings in a new team.
If only there was the option to be able to spectate on other pet battles in progress if both the battlers had opted in consent to spectators...
