Flare is one of the longest serving guilds on Azjol-Nerub (now merged with Quel'Thalas)

We are a relaxed raiding guild with a semi-hardcore approach to raiding, but we also see ourselves as quite a social bunch. Ventrillo is an essential part of our communication during raids, but it's in constant use outside raids too, where people like to chat. We are mostly in our late 20's, 30's and 40's, and consist of achievement whores, PvPers, mount collectors, pet battle pokamon'ers, altoholics and completionists, so there's always something happening, and our members always happy to help each other when and where possible.
Nearly all in guild have work and/or family commitments, a lot of us have very young children, so there's no pressure applied to 'play more'. All we ask is that members watch brief guide videos, show up on time as much as possible, and are happy using ventrillo during raids (since communication is key to success).

For those who raid, our Guild Bank provides food, flasks, potions and repairs as much as possible via generous donations from guild members. We use an EPGP Looting system for the distribution of loot, unlike dkp that rewards based on how much you raid, epgp is based on effort.

We are looking to expand our roster for Heroic BRF, going into mythic, we require:
Resto Druid
Mage
Mistweaver Monk
Ele or Resto Shaman
Rogue or Enhance Shaman.

In order to keep up with current progress, we ask for an item level around 670, however exceptional applicants of a lower level will always be considered.
Although we're not looking for other classes and/or specs, don’t let this put you off applying, as all applications will be considered, especially if exceptional, and we're always willing to accept Social Members.

Our raid schedule is: Sunday Monday & Wednesday 20.30-11.30pm Game Time (7.30pm - 10.30pm UK Time)
