Does arcane 4pc work on arcane charge REFRESH too?

Its a 15sec buff, next AM cast within 15seconds will fire 5 extra missiles. You can refresh the charges or anything you want in the 15seconds, next time u cast AM you will fire 10 missiles instead of 5.

To OP: yes.
For instance at 4AB charges you can chain fire 3 AM! x 10 (instead of x5) if you are lucky enough
