Orangeade
The meal of kings.
Although scurvy might become a problem.
I would likely just boil some multi grain pasta, empty a can of quality crushed tomatoes on a low simmer w/ a bit of fresh crushed garlic, oregano and pinch of sugar for a cheap meal.
Seems a lot easier and healthier than canned tuna with a lot of oil & salt, atop minute rice and godknowswhat sauce. I do not personally indulge in overly processed foods, meal kits and the like. I eat as healthy and naturally as possible.
I just don't think indulgence in cheaply made, highly processed foods is worthwhile or honorable.
listen up, this is a proper meal.
tesco value fish fingers, they are cheap as shit.
fry them in a little oil for a few mins, when nearly cooked chuck a little sweet chilli sauce into the pan and fry them in that for a few more mins until they start to go a little crispy, cook up some plain noodles, and bam theres a meal. if your budget allows it, chuck in a few vegetables.
No-one calls it HP sauce mates.. It's just "brown sauce". Also on rice??
another favourite of mine
cheap sauaages, fry them up and then when nearly cooked cut them into chunks, throw in some tomato based pasta sauce, serve with spaghetti.
can do this with any meat, i just prefer sausages.
