    RAM Mhz and cpu load

how much RAM Mhz can an Intel Core i7-4790K cpu (running at stock speed) handle?

how much Mhz should I get with an 2x8 RAM kit: 1600? or 2133?

will 2133 Mhz affect the lifespan of my cpu negatively?

thanks dude for reply. I did google the last hours and what I found out is that when running the cpu at only stock speed you can't go up to like 2800 Mhz ... so I figured that 2133 would put strain on the cpu...thats what I read.

The only processors that benefit from a RAM speed above 1600 at this time are the AMD APU's when you are using the integrated graphics. In those cases, the faster the RAM the better. Otherwise, it's a waste of money.
