    Yeah, looks like the bug persists for SS and LL. Was specced Echo doing a heroic and it was happening regularly enough for it to be an annoyance.

    Not sure if it is happening where you aren't running Echo, however

    It only happens while using Echo. I tried EleMastery and Echo in BRF last night, and it happened every fight with Echo, and none without echo.
