Leeching Poison

So it looks like Leeching Poison has lost it's poison effect. That should hurt Combat a lot right? What are we suppose to use now?

Instant Poison still counts as poisoned for the purposes of Venom Rush.

And why are you using Leeching over Cheat Death or Elusiveness in the first place?

Assuming you're talking about using Venom Rush, it has always worked with Instant Poison as if it put a debuff up like Deadly Poison. You do not need to use Leeching, and in fact you should definitely be using Elusiveness or Cheat Death instead.
