-=DDM=- is a highly skilled raiding guild intent on being one of the most respected and competitive guilds on our server. While our raiding schedule is more casual, it is designed to make the most of our time and progress through the content steadily, all the while having some good laughs and making fond memories. -=DDM=- we feel good leadership, experienced class leads can raid 3 times a week and clear current content and have it be a fun social experience.
-=DDM=- is comprised of a very dedicated group of individuals who bring over a decade of community leadership experience to our guild. We have class leads and community leaders, we also have a senior staff constructed by some of the finest hard working officers ive seen in a gaming community. As officers our primary focus is NOT ourselves, its you our loyal dedicated members. We will do whatever it takes to ensure your experience is as fun as organized and as rewarding as possiable.
-=DDM=- Has extensive MMO experience, I formed Death Destruction Mayhem back in 1999, since then we have dominated the FPS and MMO genre. Gamespy reconized us back in 2002 as being a well organized community. With over a dozen TWL and CAL victorys throughout Battlefield, SoF and Counter Strike. But also obtaining full clears in Vanilla WoW MC Raid and full clears BC Karazhan, Sunwell Plateau as well full clears WotLK Naxx & ICC. Also we had world versus world commanders with fort apsenwood server victories in the top 5 braket in GW2. In WoW we had several hundred members and multiple 25man raiding party all full clearing. and 2600 arena rating team.
-=DDM=- is seeking skilled applicants with previous raid experience to join us for 20 man Mythic raiding. We are looking for mature and talented players who want to make the most of every minute we have in raid.
What were looking for.
Reliability: We require 80% raid attendance from our raiders, if you don't maintain this you may lose your core raid spot to another and become a sub. We have Two mandatory raids a week, We want dedicated players, fully prepared and raid ready at the raid and ready to zone in no less then 15 minutes before raid starts.
Mature: Members must be 18 or older. We like to joke around sometimes poke fun at a members expense, but it is never malicous and therefor if you cannot handle some mature banter between fellow comrades maybe -=DDM=- isnt right for you. Absolutly zero tolerence for racism or drama.
Motivated: We need people who want to be the best they can be at their class, We have class leads who can provide help and theorycrafters to help min / max your builds. If a class lead gives you advice listen to them its for your benefit, and try to improve. I would rather someone listen to what the class lead tells them to do, if what the class lead tells them is wrong and we wipe then the blame is not yours it becomes that of the class leads and officers will handle the situation regarding the class lead.
Social: You are required to be in Team Speak at all times during raids and have a functioning Mic. We are looking for social people who want to be on Team Speak chatting with us outside of raids, as we are more than just a raiding guild. We like a sense of camaraderie in the guild and socializing helps that greatly.
