Kind of disappointed at the play theory being true. Not that the Mario story line/time line really matters in any possible way, but I always considered the events of Super Mario Bros 3 to pretty much be the WW2 of the Mario universe with the Turtle Tribe invading more kingdoms across the Mushroom World besides the Mushroom Kingdom. I'm just gonna go ahead and say the stage performance elements of it are just aesthetics that dont really matter like Paper Mario and cel shading in Zelda, that will help me sleep at night.
