    I've done it on 25H twice and 25N once (on another druid alt) and haven't seen it yet

    From WH comments it seems to be the case, i.e. people posted that when running with friends, their non-druid groupmates can't even see the dropped item.

    It will only drop for a druid, and it's very rare.
