4set is very good yes... not much else to say, use it.

with the changes its actually a 2% increase in overall dmg so for god's sake keep the set bonuses don't switch them around!

So pure stats wont beat the 4 set an extra LvB doesnt seem that great since you shouldnt use fulm intill arounf 18-20 seems like pure stats would our weight it

The 4set is also a huge increase in our mobile DPS. You should always wear it.

The more lava bursts you cast the better. The 4set is even better for single target. Just wear it dude.

Why would you always save Fulmination to 18-20? You want extra LvB casts whenever possible. The optimal rotation now is to ES at 12, Use the LvB, which will give you back a few stacks. You'll be at 12 again in no time. The only time you'll want to save is on AoE fights like Maiden, where you are gaining Fulmination stacks insanely fast.

and how would the patch would have made it worse in any way? they only changed the 4set to be able to procc from 12 charges. basically you could still play like the old 4set , so i dont see how you would dropt 4set based on the patch lol
