Hmmm my favorite has to be Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. It's so catch! I used to have the song as my ringtone.
Followed by Soul Eater
Attack on Titan would probably me third, but since you picked that one already I will go with this Bleach opening. I think it was the only opening that I never skipped.

I actually made a Top 10 list once, since me and a friend of mine often try to narrow down what is our favorite x:

The rest were as follows:
4. Hunter x Hunter 2011
5. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (the first one)
6. Ao No Exorcist (the second one)
7. Code Geass R1 (the first one)
8. Elfen Lied
9. Btooom!
10. Dragon Ball Z (the first one in german)
Of course chosen purely by the song and not the overall quality of the anime itself.

You guys have already picked a few of the ones I really like mainly FMABH Again, love that song. Here are a few I really enjoy not mentioned so far.

Hakushi Kassai Utaawase from Katanagatari (Sorry clip from show had shit audio)
