Ok,I've missed BL, in my memory warcraftlogs for some reason did some blueish background for the time BL/heroism/timewarp was active,that is no omore, maybe I had a dream or had something selected

A fast look over Sub rogues up to ilvl 679 not effected by MoS bug and with a similar combat time provided me with this:
(Just a little reminder, I'm pretty bad dps wise, just trying to provide theoretical advice, I think you are doing very good)

I know there might be better, but this is the best base for comparison.
Just like you want, he is doing over 40k. His Burst is over 100k,but he focused everything on the burst.
You both had Timewarp/Bloodlust at the start, you did not prepot
He also had Lucky Coin, not the best trinket anymore but still great for he burst and he used it with every SR.
Seems like he clipped 1 or 2 seconds FW with his first vanish (dunno of it is worth it for increased dmg for first ambush) giving him another Master Ob Subtlety while having TimeWarp and also increased his initial FW uptime from start of combat to 31 seconds after, all increasing the value of TimeWarp.
He also had awesome look with Scales and Legendary Ring Procs, all fitting the initial phase.

You should also use your first Vanish right after FW after SD falls off.
You may compare your Vanish use vs. Find Weakness to yours.

Even as Troll you also should have used Vanish three times,not only twice. Do not forget to use preparation right after first vanish use. In a patchwerk fight like Gruul you should not have any other use for it other to reduce Vanish CD I think?

Well, he also had a FW uptime of over 68%, but this is also to him/her beeing nightelf.
If you are really focused on maxing your dps you also might shadow step sooner.
He did garrote combat 378 ms after pull, you ambushed (I think you should use garrote and then ambush when using subterfuge) after 1.5 seconds. (just noticed, you did sprint, maybe no Shadowstep skilled?)

Thank you. Lots of good information, I think there might have been an army ninja pull or something hence the lack of prepot. That was the exact rogue I was comparing myself to and it felt like we had pretty similar gear and battletime. I will be starting to use garrote aswell and see if that helps. I have the mythic heart of the beating mountain trinket so it should be pretty good to use for burst aswell. But I guess I need some luck for Scales trinket etc to proc at the same time to achieve maximum dps. I usually prep right after vanish but sometimes I delay it if I don't see enough value at that moment(if shadow dance is coming off cd soon etc) I have shadowstep but I usually don't use it at the start of the fight.

I had almost the same dps on oregorger as gruul so my performance on gruul was not the best. I was actually bursting over 100k on hans'gar and franzok so I guess I just have to get more repetition to get used to the sub spec. Only been playing as sub for around 3 weeks now but atleast i'm improving.

I appreciate all the feedback and will take all the information I can with me so I can hopefully perform better in future raids. Everything helps and hopefully I can get some stellar performances in the future.

Logs from this weeks intial clears before we start our progress fights, the logs are segmented because the warcraft logs application just stopped a couple of times. Did better on Gruul this reset atleast so the dps is coming along at a steady pace. The dagger from Oregorger still refuse to drop. -_-

Good procs and well done vs Gruul
I think you missed Rupture after SR in your opener, looking at the events I think you just had 5 CP at the moment of the SR cast, so I think it would have worked great especially with potion buff still active at this time I think you also lust one CPbecause of that(anticipation stack was full, when at 00:06.882 HaT procced.
Maybe also a bit delay before the 3rd SD, didnt really matter though, there was not enough time for a 5th one anyway.

Dunno if the 1st vanish could have happened a bit earlier (for max MoS and FW while bloodlust), but usually after the opener SnD and Rupture have to be refreshed so I guess you had to manage that and after that pool before the vanish. May become better with 4 pc set bonus

Easy to say all this after looking at the logs, doing this is another thing. I think you are doing great
