Hello,

I heard in 6.1, there is an item you can upgrade. It was this item: http://www.wowhead.com/spell=156560/...osophers-stone

We can upgrade it to Stone of Wind, Stone of the Earth, Stone of the Waters, Stone of Fire. Is this now possible? I also read that this item got nerfed in PTR because it was too strong. I cant find any plan for that. Maybe its not possible.

Can anyone explain me how this works maybe and how to get this plan?

Ah okey. Does it still give mastery or versatility? Someone said this npc does not spawn every day. Its just random.

The upgraded versions are versatility + int proc. They used to be mastery + proc on the PTR, which would have been incredibly good, but they were nerfed for live. Vers is a terrible stat for us so they aren't very good now. If you've been saving savaged bloods for making the upgrades, just sell them for gold.
