ferocious bite does no damage

I just hoped on my Feral and did an arena with a guildy, zoned into a Each of the End time instances and Dragon Soul and each time my 1st Ferocious bite did damage so something else is going on cause i had no problems

Possibly, if you are aware of it and play around it (which is hardly any better gameplay-state-wise). But unless you kept up like that, mostly, you'd just be fucked.

I was mostly just making a point that it isn't gamebreaking in a negative sense, but in a positive sense if that's how it works: Your damage done for ferocious bite is the damage that your last ferocious bite should have done.
Randomly 5cp bite, wait for burst situation, 5cp bite, 1cp bite.
