Yeap. they removed our right to bonus roll intellect trinkets. we can now only bonus roll spirit ones. I run with 2200+ spirit and i really really want to get rid of them. Nice stealth change. I planned to coin on bosses with intellect trinkets...

to make it even worse i heared we cant proc them either?..WTF!?

I even wasted my bonus roll on oregroger to get my desired intellect trinket just to notice therse not even one on the loot table since 6.1!!!!!!!!!!!!
