Help please- Best performance upgrade for wow, CPU or video card?

    So, I don't really have a gaming computer. I'ts just a cheap Dell 570

    these are my specs

    AMD Athlon II X2 250 3.0ghz
    6 GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 5450 - video card

Without dropping $500 what is the best single upgrade I should do?

My symptoms are frame rates of 3-10 while playing with all add ons disabled and graphics set on "good"

so I assume this is a hardware issue

    thanks for the help

FOMO: "Fear Of Missing Out", also commonly known as people with a mental issue of managing time and activities, many expecting others to fit into their schedule so they don't miss out on things to come. If FOMO becomes a problem for you, do seek help, it can be a very unhealthy lifestyle..

Without dropping $500 next best solution would be setting graphics lower. You'd need to upgrade pretty much everything.

    Good?

I am surprised you dont get 3 fps when set on Low.

Since its premade Dell it has a horrible PSU.

Therefor any change is pointless since the PSU would have to be changed too, and generally you need to change all of that.

Your best bet is Settings-->Drag it to Low --> And then Textures to "High" so it doesnt look crap.

What you can do to gain some "fluff" but not too much performance is:

Change the PSU cause i am 100% its shit to the usual 500-550W from a decent company for 60$ and get a 750 Ti to help with some visual fluff.

Gerally you will give 200$ no matter what. or to lower the cost to lets say a 260X which goes for ~100$, you will still give 150$.

Despite the old horrible CPU, it can handle WoW at some mixed settings of Low/Off/High if you get a better card.
