[H] [Tarren Mill] Link Curve - Late Night Mythic Guild
Welcome to Link Curve.
Link Curve is a newly founded guild, created by two groups of experienced and longstanding World of Warcraft players. Our primary goal is to find the sweet spot betweeen Hardcore Mythic Progression guilds and Casual progression-less guilds. With a core of 15 Mythic players the Heroic and Normal difficulty raid options are not enough to keep us entertained between content, we need to be enjoying the Mythic content while it is relevant while maintaining the relaxed environment we pride the guild on.
With a combined progress of 5/7 Mythic (no longer pushing this content) and a collective progress of 10/10 HC we have a good baseline for moving the guild forward into Mythic Blackrock Foundry and in order to do this we need to fill the last few spot in our Raid Team.
Our average age is above 25 years old, making us a guild with mature players, and we’d like to keep it this way. Therefore the minimum age for any applicant to our guild is 18. We can offer a chance to raid the most challenging end game content of World of Warcraft, sharing this experience with a wide range of ages, nationalities and backgrounds of players, all of which share the goal of succeeding while ensuring personal life, or gaming experience does not suffer.
We are looking for players that share this attitude.

Raid Schedule:
Our weekly raid schedule contains 9 hours a week raiding, our raids start a little later than the conventional time of other guilds. These 9 hours are filled with actual progression. Our raid schedule:

We want to make sure we continue to have fun during raids, in order to achieve this we need to:
- Clear content while still relevant
- Have a nice guild atmosphere, both during raids and when not in raids, and this means in Guild Chat or on Teamspeak
- Maintain a collective work ethic to understand the mechanics and fix any problems we may have during encounters
Loot System:
Link Curve uses a mature loot system, meaning we expect no drama over distribution. Loot distribution is done in a loot council scenario in which an EPGP window will pop up allowing all raid members to need for main spec, greed for off spec or pass. All the needer’s will then be considered for loot, taking into account attendance, performance, and upgrade. If the upgrade is vast for one player, but minor for another, it is likely the upgrade will go to the lower geared player ensuring all raiders are roughly on an equal playing field and the whole raid benefits from upgrades.
What we're looking for:
- People who share the same attitude as us, fun is key along with progress.
- Gear and experience to fit directly into the current roster in the content we are progressing through.
- The ability to both listen, and talk using voice chat, we're a social guild.
- Knowledge of your class, most of us have been playing since Vanilla and early TBC.
- Dedication, although we want a fun environment, attendance is important for us to maintain a steady roster.
Traits we do not require:
- Elitism: If you feel you are above the content or guild you probably are, please don't apply
- Drama: If you are frequently the cause of uproar over loot, rage quitting raids, or generally causing rifts, Link Curve isn't for you
