Need Help with some artwork.

Hey guys its been a while since i posted to mmo champ I just wanted to know if anyone can help me with some artwork i need done.
Lots of times i see people with their "Banners" I dont know what its called but its like a Sig under your post that usually has some sick artwork, i was wondering if anyone would like to hook me up i have what i want to be in it already well its like an idea but you can add your own flare if you like.
