Double Thunderlord enchant pointless?

I did a Blackhand heroic wipe night last week with x1 Thunderlord enchant. I had an uptime of approx 45% of every fight.

This week I did the same encounter, but with x2 Thunderlord enchants. I had an uptime again, of approx 45% of every fight.

Am I missing something, or is double Thunderlord totally pointless? Should I instead have a different 2nd enchant eg the multistrike?

idk if double thunderlord is totally pointles but if you do decide to do just 1 i would go with the mastery enchant over multistrike
