[A]US-Draenor Flaw of Mortality (2/7M & 8/10H) DPS/Heals

The Flaw of Mortality is a Mythic-raiding Alliance Guild on Draenor with 2/7M progression in Highmaul and 9/10H in BRF. The Flaw of Mortality has been around for a long time with a well-known presence on Draenor. Our guild is a great community of friends and it truly makes raiding more enjoyable. The raid environment is laid back with plenty of joking, but we have a switch we can flip when needed to push for progression and it is important for us to keep up that atmosphere as we move forward.

Current Needs
- 1-2 Exceptional DPS (especially Windwalker, Rogue, DK, Warrior, Warlock and Shaman). Spec flexibility, especially the ability to both heal and DPS at a top level is a huge bonus.
- 1-2 spot(s) for a main spec healer ideally with a strong DPS offspec.

Raid Times
Tuesday: 6:00 - 9:00 PST / 9:00 - 12:00 EST
Wednesday: 6:00 - 9:00 PST / 9:00 - 12:00 EST
Monday: 6:00 - 9:00 PST / 9:00 - 12:00 EST

These times may rarely be altered as necessary: (i.e. we go a bit longer if we are pushing a progression kill, or during Farms we may start raids a bit early in order to accomplish a 1 night clear, etc.)

What we Expect from Raiders
- 90% Attendance. Provide notice if you must miss.
- Know fights inside and out. Watch PoV videos and/or streams to research fights prior to raids. Think about when you should be using your CDs (both offensive and defensive) to maximize performance and survivability.
-The ability to perform at a high level during our 3 hour raid window with minimal interruption. We only raid 3 hours per night so we will not waste time waiting for raid members who have to constantly AFK or continually wiping due to raid members who are not able to focus on the raid.
- Know your stats and why you prefer those stats. Think about which pieces will yield the largest gain when looking for loot upgrades.
- While the guild will provide consumables, it is your responsibility to use the proper consumables and be fully gemmed/enchanted by raid time.
